Mittimatalik
Mittimatalik (Pond Inlet) is an Inuit community located north of Baffin Island, Nunavut, well above the Arctic Circle. It has a population of slightly more than 1,500, the vast majority of whom are Inuit. Nestled between the sea and glacial mountains, its landscape reflects the vastness and beauty of Canada's North. In summer, the midnight sun energizes local life, while in winter, the long Arctic night sets the pace.
