Mathilde Poirier is a Quebec scientist with a PhD in biology. She specializes in the study of climate change and snow conditions on northern wildlife, which has taken her several times to the remote regions of the Canadian Arctic. Her work takes a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach, linking science and artistic media to raise awareness of climate issues.
